This fee is charged by Residential Leasing, a department of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians (ACBCI) for their administrative processing of your documents. Upon completion of their review, they will obtain the approval letter from the BIA, and record the transaction with the federal Land Title Records Office (LTRO).
This is the fee charged by Riverside County Recorder. In some cases, the recording will be subject to CA SB2 Jobs and Housing Fund. We will determine if it is applicable to your transaction and advise.
